Vancouver Housing Prices
March 19th, 2009Vancouver's detached housing prices have come down approximately 10-15 % since April 0f 2008 to present. This is misleading though, because certain areas of Vancouver the prices have come down more then others. For example prices of detached homes Kitsilano have only come down an estimated 5-10%.
