Your listing is entered on the Real Estate computer to provide maximum exposure to all agents in your area.

Re/Max For Sale Sign
A distinctive Re/Max sign is placed on your property.

Open Houses
I schedule an Open House for agents and their buyers as well as weekend public Open Houses if acceptable to you.

Advertising
I advertise your home in the print media Realtylink, and the Real Estate Weekly. In addition will arrange for a Photo tour of your home which is posted on my personal website, patrickweeks.ca, as well as on the Re/Max Select Properties site at www.remax-selectvanbc.com. As an MLS listing, your property also is posted on the Real Estate Board's website at www.realtylink.org.

Communications
We keep you informed. Either by e-mail, fax, or phone, we report to you after showings and Open Houses. We keep you up to date on any sales, listings, or market changes that would affect the status of your home.

Negotiation and Representation
Our market knowledge, experience and excellent relationships with other realtors give us the tools to negotiate the best price and terms on your behalf.

Resources
We work with our list of resource people to help buyers overcome any obstacles that may be in the way of their purchasing your home. This list includes: mortgage brokers, building inspectors, renovators, interior designers, painters, gardeners and landscapers, carpet and window cleaners, and movers.
